HLMJX-12 Automatic Continuous Resin Grinder

The machine specially fits for grinding and polish the slabs and strips of granite and other natural and engineered stones, moving on a conveyor belt, using a series of grinding heads or resin abrasive disc.

We can do the machines according to the client's requirements, like the number of heads, processing width and length.
This Model of machine has adopted international advanced technology to be suitable for the automative polishing of marble and granite slabs. It has brand-new design, reasonable structure, stable performance, high efficiency, friendly interface and high degree of intelligence. It is also with merits of small covering space, low consumption rate of polishing material and power, high yield, and etc. This equipment is especially good for the polish of valuable slabs.
Note: This machine has multiple grinding heads which can be selected different number by customer, it can be made 8 heads, 12 heads, 16 heads, 20 heads, and 24 heads according to customer's request.

• PLC terminal controlling system adopted and parameters setting through LCD touch screen offer easy operation.
• Sensor on the machine checks the shape of the slabs automatically and send signal to the PLC to control the movement of the bridge and polishing heads accordingly.
• Convoying belt and the cross beam adopt frequency conversions for speed adjusting
• Poly-V belts used for driving polishing spindles which has high strength values and that keep their structural properties against sudden strains
• Central automatic liquid lubrication system to enhance working smoothness and service life
• High quality sub and low consumption of polishing abrasives.
• Conveyor self-cleaning and stone chip removing system.

1. Main machine parts covered by waterproof shrink film and/or air bubbles.
2. Plywood cartons used for accessories and tools.
3. One set in a 40' container fixed by steel ropes, anti-collision suitable for long distance transportation.
